Registered Users:

If you have registered your copy of KazStamp, you are entitled to upgrade free of charge (except for any internet connection costs). Please print this page and follow the instructions below. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us.

Unregistered Users:

If you have not yet registered KazStamp, you must register before you can upgrade. Registration is only $9, so register now and upgrade immediately. Remember that KazStamp is not free - you are allowed to evaluate the software for 16 days before you decide to register. If you decide that you don't want to register, just uninstall it and you owe us nothing.

• Option to import contacts from any Outlook folder, not just the default folder
• Option to print a person's job title when importing Outlook contacts

Upgrade Instructions:

• If you are using Windows XP or Windows 2003, log on with an account that has administrator privileges. Microsoft article 279783 provides information and instructions on using different types of accounts.
• Download and run file kazstamp90.exe to install the upgrade. It is strongly recommended that you choose the same folder for the upgrade that your current version is located in - usually "c:\program files\kazstamp". (If you choose a different folder, use your previous serial number and registration code to register the new version.)
• View the Readme and Help files for additional information and documentation.
• Run KazStamp once immediately following installation to complete the program setup. Registered users should receive a message that they upgraded successfully.
• If you previously saved Favorites, you can move them to the new folder by running the following command once:
      Start > All Programs > KazStamp > Upgrade to 9 - Copy Favorites and ClipArt
• If you have any problems, check the support page for information. If you are still having problems, contact us.

Common Problems:

• Windows 98 and Windows ME users may need to download Microsoft Installer 2.0.  See the Microsoft Installer page for information and a link to download the installer. After the installer is upgraded, run the KazStamp installation again.
